How it works

Before the first consultation, I will send you a health and nutrition questionnaire, as well as a three-day food journal, to be completed and returned to me before our session. The initial consultation will last about 90 minutes, during which we will discuss your health goals, symptoms, diet, physical activity and lifestyle. After the consultation, I will send you a coaching plan with bespoke diet and lifestyle suggestions.

Follow-up sessions last around 40 minutes. They are usually every two weeks but can be adapted to suit your needs. We will look at your progress and make adjustments as required.

I am based in Roslin, Scotland and I do most of my work online. If you live locally and would prefer face-to-face sessions, let me know and I will do my best to accommodate you.

I am a French native speaker so I can also conduct the sessions in French if that is a preferable option.

Nutrition

Sleep

Sleep is as incredibly important for maintaining good health as a balanced diet and regular exercise. Quality sleep significantly enhances your brain performance, lifts your mood, and contributes to overall well-being. 

When it comes to improving your sleep quality, it can be hard to know exactly where to start on your journey. Together, we will establish an effective sleep hygiene routine, enabling you to make the most of your day and feel your best.

Stress

Establishing new habits takes time, but it brings long-term rewards and a great sense of achievement. Being aware of your stress levels and your mindset can make a huge difference from the beginning, as stress can be a major obstacle between you and your goals.

We will take a look at your stress levels, and I will equip you with a variety of effective tools and strategies designed specifically to help you better cope with stress in your daily life.

Movement

Movement can significantly boost your energy levels, making it easier to tackle daily tasks and enjoy life to the fullest. When you engage in physical activity, your body releases endorphins, which are natural mood lifters. Even a brisk walk or a short dance session can help improve circulation, delivering more oxygen and nutrients to your muscles and organs.

Together, we will explore simple ways to integrate movement into your daily routine, ensuring it's both attainable and enjoyable!
