We'll explore your current eating habits and discover how to nourish your body through each phase. I'll share practical guidance and recipes that support your hormones and fit your lifestyle, so you can feel balanced and energised.

Sleep

We'll look at your stress levels and hormonal patterns, and I'll guide you through practical tools to help you feel calmer, more balanced, and better supported through life's transitions.

Supporting Women Through Different Life Stages

Women’s health isn’t static — it shifts with age, lifestyle, responsibilities and life changes. This coaching supports you in becoming more aware of how your body responds during different phases of life.

For some women, periods of transition — such as perimenopause and menopause — can feel particularly challenging. Coaching during these times focuses on supporting energy, routines and overall wellbeing, helping you feel more grounded and supported.

This allows space for women seeking guidance from a menopause health coach or hormone balance coach in a lifestyle-focused, supportive way.

I am based in Roslin, Scotland and I do most of my work online. If you live locally and would prefer face-to-face sessions, let me know and I will do my best to accommodate you.

I am a French native speaker so I can also conduct the sessions in French if that is a preferable option.
