What the fork should I eat?

Because healthy eating shouldn't feel this complicated

In-person workshop

Wednesday 8th July, 10.30am-12pm

@ 2 Pines coffee shop, Glencorse centre (directions here)

£10 (includes a hot drink) - Save your spot here

You've heard it all before.

Eat less.
Eat more protein.
Avoid carbs.
Count calories.
Try fasting.
Cut sugar.
Track everything.

No wonder so many women feel overwhelmed by food.

If you've ever stood in a supermarket wondering what you should actually buy, started another health kick on Monday, or felt confused by conflicting advice online, this workshop is for you.

You'll learn:

  • What really matters when it comes to healthy eating

  • How to build balanced meals without counting calories

  • The truth behind common nutrition myths

  • Simple ways to eat well even when life is busy

  • How to stop overthinking food and start feeling more confident in your choices

This workshop is for you if:

  • You're tired of conflicting nutrition advice

  • You want to feel more confident about what you're eating

  • You're looking for practical guidance rather than another diet

  • You want to improve your health without becoming obsessed with food

  • You're ready to simplify healthy eating

As a health coach, I help women create healthier habits without obsession, restriction or perfectionism.

My approach is practical, evidence-informed and designed for real life.

Because healthy eating shouldn't feel so complicated.

Locations will vary - in and around Edinburgh/Midlothian. If you wish to be kept in the loop, information and updates will be posted here and on my Facebook page (Healthy Roots with Laurene), or sign up to my general newsletter to make sure you get the information.

Note: I aim to keep our walks enjoyable and accessible for most people, but a basic level of fitness is needed as some routes may include inclines or uneven ground. By taking part, you’re responsible for your own health and safety and for judging whether the walk is suitable for you.
