Women’s Walking Group

First Friday of the month

Next walk: Friday 1st May, 9.30am - 11am @Portobello Beach. Meet-up on the promenade in front of Tumbles (directions here). Register below.

Be part of a growing circle of women who walk for health, joy, and connection. This is a safe, uplifting space to move your body and meet new friends while taking steps toward a healthier you.

Bring a hot drink, I’ll bring the healthy snacks! Well-behaved pets welcome.

This a free event, but please register so I have an idea of numbers. Locations will vary - in and around Edinburgh/Midlothian. If you wish to be kept in the loop, information and updates will be posted here and on my Facebook page (Healthy Roots with Laurene), or sign up to my general newsletter to make sure you get the information.

Note: I aim to keep our walks enjoyable and accessible for most people, but a basic level of fitness is needed as some routes may include inclines or uneven ground. By taking part, you’re responsible for your own health and safety and for judging whether the walk is suitable for you.
