Habit and Behaviour Change Coaching is a supportive and practical approach designed to help you make small, meaningful shifts that fit your real life. This isn’t about discipline, strict rules or chasing perfection. It’s about understanding your routines, lifestyle patterns and mindset so you can create habits that feel natural - not forced.
Rather than focusing on dieting or quick wins, we work gradually and intentionally. Together, we explore your nutrition, sleep, stress, movement, and daily rhythms, the foundations of wellbeing, through a holistic lens. As a registered health coach, I guide you in noticing what’s helping, what’s draining you, and where gentle adjustments can create long-term change.

Building sustainable eating habits is about more than knowing what to eat; it's about understanding why you eat the way you do and creating patterns that actually stick.
We'll explore your current relationship with food and identify practical, realistic changes that fit your life. I'll help you develop habits that support your health goals without relying on willpower or perfection, so healthy eating becomes natural, not forced.
Sleep
Improving your sleep isn't just about going to bed earlier; it's about building consistent routines and habits that signal to your body it's time to rest.
If sleep feels inconsistent or elusive, we'll work together to establish a sustainable evening routine and identify the habits that are helping or hindering your rest, so quality sleep becomes a reliable part of your life.
Stress
Your habits are deeply connected to how you think and feel. Stress, self-doubt, and overwhelm can derail even your best intentions, making it hard to stay consistent.
We'll explore what's getting in the way of the changes you want to make, and I'll guide you through tools to manage stress, shift your mindset, and build the resilience you need to create lasting change.
Movement
Making movement a consistent habit is about finding what works for you, not forcing yourself into routines that don't fit your life or preferences.
Together, we'll build a sustainable movement practice that you actually enjoy and can maintain long term, so staying active becomes something you look forward to, not something you dread.

This is the foundation of my work as a lifestyle transformation coach: supporting you as you build habits that make you feel more grounded, energised and in control of your wellbeing.
I am based in Roslin, Scotland and I do most of my work online. If you live locally and would prefer face-to-face sessions, let me know and I will do my best to accommodate you.
I am a French native speaker so I can also conduct the sessions in French if that is a preferable option.

I came along to Laurene for coaching as I was feeling so tired in general and demotivated with weight loss. Laurene spent time going into detail about my lifestyle and daily habits.
