Ingredients
serves 1
1 ½ cups /45g spinach
1 cup / 250ml coconut water
1 cup / 165g frozen pineapple chunks
¼ avocado
1 tbsp almond butter
Preparation
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Enjoy!
Notes: You can swap spinach for another leafy greens of your choice. Feel free to use plain water if you don’t have coconut water.
