Tofu chocolate mousse

This might be the simplest, healthiest, and tastiest of my recipes. It’s quick to make, and everyone loves it. The tofu flavour is completely undetectable — you’ll have to trust me — so give it a try. You won’t regret it!

It is rich, smooth, and genuinely satisfying while still being made from simple, wholesome ingredients.

Quick, healthy, tasty - the winning combo!

 

Ingredients

1 pack silken tofu
100 g dark chocolate
2 tbsp maple syrup

Preparation

Melt the chocolate, let it cool slightly.
Add to a food processor or blender with the tofu and maple syrup.
Mix. Scrape. Mix.
That's it.
Refrigerate for a couple of hours, and enjoy!
